After morning pickup in Reykjavík set out on your 8-hour Golden Circle tour. Your guide shares informative commentary about the history and wildlife of the region throughout your tour.
Your guide takes you to your first stop, Þingvellir National Park, where you have time to explore, snap photos, and absorb the natural beauty while walking around. Next, stop at Gullfoss Waterfall where you can soak in the scenery before purchasing lunch at the Gullfoss café.
After lunch, check out the Geysir geothermal area and the Strokkur geyser. Finally, check out the Faxi waterfall and the volcanic crater lake in nearby Kerið. Your tour ends with the return to your hotel in Reykjavík in the afternoon.

One of the best tours ever. We booked this tour and expected to be lifted in a mini bus however due to lack of numbers Gudjon collected the 3 of us in his jeep. He would have been within his rights to cancel the tour but was happy to give us a private tour at no extra cost. He was both informative and entertaining and his passion for the island and its history was infectious.
